The closest evidence I had for June 15 was June 4 and I got approed. I had a relatively small packet..mosty school records and school awards.

Some of you might be worried because you think you don't have enough evidence for the 5yrs. Just send everything you can. What you think isn't enough, might be enough for them to approve you. Well this is what I sent. Hope it helps calm some of you down:

Birth certificate/translated
School Id from 2009(i dont have a passport or any other id)
High School transcripts(graduated in 2009)
Letter from school dated August 2010
Amazon shipping confirmation email dated December 2011
Radioshack receipt w/ my name and adress from when I bought my phone dated March 2012
My grandpa's death certificate. He died on May 30 and it was filed on june 4 2012

That's it. I remember I was so worried I would get an Rfe. I even cried when I read of all the evidence some people here have sent. I thought there was no way I would qualify. But I did!!!

You met the requirements. If you meet the requirements you will be approved unless of course you have a criminal record.

honestly did not give as much evidence as others, i was so scared of getting an rfe

-birth certificate
-i94
-2 passports, one expired, one valid
-high school diploma showing graduation date on June 14, 2007
-college transcripts showing continuous enrollment from august 2007-august 2012
-elementary school diploma
-school id's from 2nd grade-12th grade (missing 3rd, 6th, & 9th grades)
-some "identakid" government id from 1995
-a few immunizations records from 2009-2011
-one bank statement from 2006, and one from 2012 (overdraft, LOL)
-like 15 awards i've received in school since elementary school
-Magna cum laude graduation letter dated april 2012.

as you can see i had a lot of gaps. and i probably only had about 30 pages worth. i do believe that it is more important to have a few solid pieces of evidence rather than inundating the adjudicator with 300 pgs worth of receipts and letters etc.

I am absolutely in agreement with you. Had I known this when I applied, I seriously would have not sent as much as I need. I fully believe I would have gotten my EAD sooner had I sent less, my evidence is pretty solid.

I was wondering if any one had or new if using your past income tax documents for evidence that one has been here since 2007, is a good idea? This person filed with their ITIN number and not a fake social. The fake social is on his W-2's. This may be the only evidence this person has as everything else is under a relative's name or friend's names. Has any one used their income tax filing as proof of being here and been approved, or has there been problems since you didn't work legalley????? Any suggestions. Thank you..
