I called the 1-800-375-5283, I pressed the "check my status" it then reads what it says online about your case, then hit the option to report a problem with your case. Tell them that you want to know why its taking so long and that it has almost reached the 90 days, they will then submit something, stating that they should reply to you within 15 days. MAKE SURE that if they say they are going to submit that, that you write down the number/receipt for the action they are taking. I don't know what to call it but they'll give you a long number with letters in it too. Sorry about my instructions I have no idea what they called it over the phone but this is the overall idea of it.
