Typo error b***s***!! - Page 8
USCIS had my email wrong and apparently sent my the email telling me to mail everything in the day after I called which was 2 weeks ago. sending my EAD and proof of name with a letter explaining the error and a copy of the notice. Hopefully I will get it corrected soon and I will be able to finally get me a job!

So on Wendesday my lawyer sent my card back with document proof of my actual birthdate. I had to apply for a duplicate. And just today I FINALLY received that letter USCIS sent me..... after an eternity waiting for it. But it just states what I am supposed to do.... which I already did. OH.... AND they misspelled my last name on the letter.... 
. But I'm happy at least I sent back the stuff .... hopefully I get my new card with no errors.

I sent my EAD back along with a cover letter, new application, birth certificate, and passport. It shipped on November 26th through priority mail with tracking number and it was delivered at the Nebraska Service Center PO Box on the November 28th.
