Stupid retarted question cortesy of the retards at USCIS.
Is the acceptance date the same as recieved date?
In my 1-79C notice it says "notice date August 30, 2012"
and "Received Date August 23, 2012"

If anyone gets a chance to get an info pass, please tells us what
they told you.
I did an info pass many years ago for a different petition and
the guy there was a total fat retard. He told me only what
I already knew.

Why do you say that? Did you give them any reason to deny you? Or are you just being pessimistic about it?

I think a lot of people are being pessimistic about their cases...and I blame those looking at our applications for taking their sweet as time.

Info pass update: I was told that there was on apdate made in October 30 th but they were not able to Se what it was they had no access … grrrrrrr So technically I got nothing mad!!!! I gave up

today is my 90 day and still have not been approved..

Same, So many job opportunities lost. Makes me very sad.

To make it even worse, I just got an email from the Dream Activist and its saying they might try to pass Dream Act this year. AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR DACA. Unbelievable.
