I need help filling out the I-765 Application. I don't know what to put for question 15( current Immigration Status) and 16 (go to the "Who May File Forum I-765" section of the instructions. In the space below, place the letter and number of the eligibility category you selected from the instructions. (For example, (a)(, (c)(17)(iii), etc. )). All I can say is that I was brought to the USA when i was 4 and i'm not working, I'm finish with high school but i'm not in college. If someone can help me with these two questions that would be great! I just need to get this application done as soon as possible.

How did you come to the United States? If you came on a Visitors Visa you can put Visitor Visa Overstay, or if you came ilegally, you can put No Lawful Status.

For 16 you have to put (c) (33)

No don't put Undocumented, put Unlawful Status or No Lawful Status. "Undocumented" is more of a term used by the public and media.

As long as you don't put "illegal" then it's fine, because that's incorrect.
