Just received this e-mail after waiting since aug 27
missed my biometrics on 9/21 b/c someone failed to give me the appointment notice...
after waiting another month or so of a service request, got it rescheduled on the 11/27, did a walk-in on the 11/22 and now a bit over a week later i get approved.
so happy had some tears of joy.
