Hi im Edward im 20 years old

I dont know if I can apply for this im currently living in Mexico. I came to america when I was a little kid I think I was 4 years old I went to school in Greensboro, North Carolina from kinder to 4th grade so i was in america for about 6 years. Due to some problems we had to go back to Mexico and I finished school and high school in mexico. Right now I want to go to college and keep studying its my dream to be a marine biologist but I cant study that in Mexico. I dont know if I would be able to apply for this or what I have to do to apply I just found out about the program. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Unfortunately, you have to be in the US and must have been for the past 5 years to be eligible. Sorry

(I'm referring to Deferred Action, btw)

zero chance I am afraid. You will fail at most requirements.
You need to currently be attending school here, or have a high school diploma or GED,

prove you were in the US on June 15, 2012,

prove you were in the US from June 2007 to now,

and be in the US at the time of applying.

Also, spread this information to other in Mexico to cease misinformation. I had young family members eager to come to the US and apply for this without knowing they do not qualify and this is not to fix your status (this is just deferred action, we are still "illegal" here, but just granted permission to work "legally" and not be deported)
