I got my DL in 15 days. I think you just have to wait a tiny bit more. The printout is still valid for like a month, I believe.

the thing is one of them the break make a loud noise that is fixed but will still make it for a a while and the other one has a cracked windshield

I went to my local DMV to schedule a road test and I will have to wait till Jan 14th to take the road test. I asked for the learners permit and she gave me a printout of that which is valid for a month and has the B restriction. The card itself will be arriving in the mail in a week. In the meantime, I probably wont have any trouble driving with that right

This is a question regarding an ID..my card was mailed out on 11/26 and i still haven't got it is that normal?
Wasn't sure if the wait is 7-10 business days from when they mail it out or longer apparently in my case.

The test was really easy, it was taken in houston at the grant road location. The test took less than 15 minutes.
You first have to parallel park , then back up in a straight line. then the road test begins in a neighborhood . The instructor will simply tell you things like at the next street turn right etc. Make sure to always look both sides , make a complete stop behind the white line, and come to a complete stop so count about 3 seconds. we then went on to the road and right back into the dps. ! how easy , i was stressed about it and it was the easiest test ever.

Same here. I went to the DPS on Gessner. My road test is on the 20th of this month so I'm guessing that it'll still be useful till I get my actual DL by mail.

Hey guys, How do I apply to take the written test here in Texas? Will they ask me to take it whenever I go to the DPS office and submit the application for a DL? or will they take my application and give me a different date to take the written test?

Question: I am 23 what is the fastest and best way for me to complete that 6 hr drivers ed course? After I take that what would be the next step to getting my DL?
