I remember back in the days I use to think that deportation was something you just heard about but you'll never be effected by it. A friend of my brothers was deported and seeing ppl my age in problems with ICE showed me OMG THIS SHIT IS REAL AND CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE. I remember when I was on the greyhound in 2010 or 2011(by myself for the 1st time) and they did the routine check. When they looked at the 1st few ppls IDs I wanted to melt into the seat and turn invisible. I was so fuggin scared and they just asked me and I lied and said yes. There was some young guys on the the side of me from Europe. They said they wasn't citizens and the whole bus looked back, they were asked where they was from and etc. I felt so bad for them but they were cleared after they showed passports. Sorry for the story lol.
