Not only would I be a first time driver but I'm also 21 and I've heard they charge us a lot more....correct?

I'm debating what to get..a motorcycle or a car..For car, I'm getting an Acura Integra and for bike, I'm getting a Yamaha R6 
Insurance is much cheaper for the bike so I'm leaning towards that..
