You don't understand, RFE is worse... you have to watch weeks go by without any suggestions as to when your approval will come in. Lucky you, your case is in vermont, and they move really fast.

hahah yeah i have come to that conclusion. All the excitement is gone. this shit would happen to me. I even paid a lawyer so this wouldn't happen. oh well.

Wel I just want everybody to know I sent today what they were asking for my diploma, I received an RFE on Nov 30 so let see how long they take to process it hopefully 14 days or so

What i dont get is vermont is the only service center that has recieved the least deffered action applications comparing to the other service centers , i dont know whats taking them so long, others getting approved after us can be frustrating, but I do know the fact that over all the processing time takes up to 4-6 months, I mean we as dreamers have been waiting for years and some for decades like me, i am sure they wont hold our case over 6 months without any decisions. The best we can do is look forward to christmas and new years, why ruin it just because of worrying and being frustrated when we know sooner or later something will come to us. anyhow good luck to all.
