For residence proof I took the most recent bank statement I had and I added my name to a bill that was under my mom's name and took that, it was sufficient.

question guys...

My passport expires before ill be able to take the driving test......is there any other proof of ID i can take besides my passport?

Or else im going to have to take a long trip to Miami. Aish.

I went to get my drivers license last week here in Miami. They only ask for your Social Security card and EAD as well as two proofs of residential address; I took an online bank statement and my college transcripts. Make sure to take your Drugs and Alcohol course before going to the DMV. The drivers license is only valid for one year.

Finally got my license, today! Valid for one year, from today's date, but that's ok. I am so happy!
