Stay away from Buffalo! Whether the airport or train if not approved!

If you have your ID or EAD card plus your approval letters then what is there to fear?

you are fine to fly anywhere inside the USA as long as you have some form of ID i have been doing it for years with my foreign passport. You do not have to go anywhere near immigration just as long as you have some sort of photo id.

Do you have your passport at least? I know it's okay to travel with a mexican or any foreign passport plus your college id

lol way to scare him/her...

its a domestic flight. front page of your passport is all u need. check-in, tsa looks at your boarding pass and front passport page only, looks at your face, makes a dumb joke, you get the sexy rubdown, they x-ray vision into your boobies/pee-pee, no bombs, no bullets, enjoy your flight.

done it many times before daca approval.

It is not that simple with regards to Buffalo and CBP around. They definitely monitor buses and trains going into and I assume out of Buffalo because it is within 100 miles of the border. This should include the airport as well.

The OP mentioned not being approved for DACA and thus cannot showcase legal presence if stopped by CBP.

I travel by plane all the time. All you need is valid state DL or passport of any country. Now when you travel to border towns you need to carry your papers. CBP emailed me saying I need to carry letter of approval and EAD if i decide to travel to the border. When i went to the border at the checkpoint they only asked me for EAD and DL and I was good to go! Safe travel.
