Need HELP with EVIDENCE???

Got and RFE notice(Vermont Service Center). I need to prove continuous presence from 2009 to 2011. I don't have any W2,pay stubs , or any kind of employment proof.

all I have are the following:

1.copies of my dads tax return from 2007 to 2011 which has my name on it as a dependent.
2. Credit card statement form 2009 to 2012
3. Two notarized affidavit from my Aunt and Uncle(both U.S. Citizen).

Are these enough proof for continuous presence?.

the 2 ones are the strongest one but you don't have any school records?

First two sound good, 3rd could help also.

I have school records but they end in 2008. As for evidence, I mailed the following:

I-94
Valid foreign Passport
Social security card
Diplomas from Elementry, Juinor,High School, and College degrees.

you were only suppose to send ONE diploma

when did you graduate from college?

Send school records

you barely sent anything

I graduated in 2004 with a bachalors degree and i continued my education with a masters degree and completed in 2008. As for school records, I sent them trancript for high school and college.

well, then if you dont have anything to send then thats it lol Imean how is this forum suppose to generate physical papers for you?


Did you at least post on facebook or myspace?

Try getting another affidavit from someone not related to you, like a close friend of a family or a pastor or something, but you credit card statements and your parents tax info could do it.

I think the tax return and the affidavits should be sufficient enough. Facebook or Myspace post are not credible evidence.

Yeah they are lol sister literally send facebook posts and got approved way faster than me who send actual school/bank and tax papers
