If you don't get approve this year that would be so wrong, there is no reason why people who sent there stuff off in August and September not have their case looked at this year.

My evidence was no more than 15 pages, to anyone reading this who is thinking of applying : go straight to the point! provide solid evidence, such as transcripts or bank statements THATS IT, do not over do it unless it is absolutely necessary.
I was approved in exactly 22 days, and I have a pretty common last name!

same here dude, mines is about 15 pages, transcripts, bank statements, tax returns, and some other stuff.

it's gone be 1 month tomorrow since i sent my RFE at California service center and i'm sure of it that the magic text will come soon ;o)

When you say tax return did you send only the first two pages or just the first one.
