My Resume

So the time to change jobs has finally came, here's a bit about me;
I've worked fast food for the last 5 years. I've moved up the hierarchy chain up to the point of being a step away from being a General Manager, I have grown to like the job because I no longer flip patties, sweep, or mop.
I am in charge of hiring, scheduling and training which has been formidable experience for me to grow as a person. There's one catch, Pay is not very good!
I was recently offered a management position at Chase and they asked for a resume so they can look at what I currently do.
I have put together my resume(something I have never done) but I feel like it needs something=( can anyone please help me review it?
I don't know if I should post it here or PM it to anyone who's willing to give a fellow dreamer a hand.
