if the vermont service center wait times say 9.8 months as of october 30 2012, and I submitted March 15 when should i supposedly hear back? i know these things can take longer but I'm just curious.

I honestly don't know at this point.Typically the Judiciary members of Congress lead the charge for negotiations and I am assuming the Senate will not allow a favorable disposition to not go unheard for the undocumented who are crime victims.

There should still be plenty of visa numbers available, currently. However,I wouldn't bet on that timeline being accurate due the amount of applications being submitted increasingly every year.

^I don't think anyone can estimate at this point considering USCIS seems to be in a flux on how these types of applications making the timeline very variable.I will just say to expect longer than 10 months from start to finish.

I would apply for DACA! I been waiting for 10 months and nothing yet! but I think you should apply for DACA since you applied in June (right now it seems like it's taking over a year).

Not sure where he got that info but i believed it and now I'm a little on edge! I'm kicking myself and regretting that i didn't apply sooner. So how long does this process really take? anyone know? thanks
I share your frustration! and sometimes I wish I had applied for DACA a long time ago, but at this point, we should just wait (since we applied in March), our time should be coming soon! Do you have a strong case?

Hi IAnus do u have an idea of how are Uvisas affected now that vawa has expired? Would they still process and approve pending cases? Thanks.
