problem help again???

Ok so I'm helping my cousin with his application he got arrested at 12 for theft for acting stupid with his friends and now wants to apply but went to get his juvenile record but its clean and on application it ask if he got arrested and to give copies of arrest record but like I said again its not on record no more what should we do help??? He got fingerprinted and taken a pic

How old is he now? Also did he go through a program to take that off his record?

He's 17 years old and he went through community service and then they took it off his record

Did he go to the juvenile court or the county court? It should be at the juvenile court. And did he sign papers to get it taken off his record and get something confirming that? It takes about 4-6 months to get it taken off. And as far as i know fbi still sees expunged records

I have a lawyer and she sent me to the police station to get my finger prints and then sent them to the FBI to see if it showed up. I don't know if that will help any...
