Condolence Jay

May I ask how you applied for your AP? i mean did you just write an essay stating that one of your relatives passed away?

are you gonna need a death certificate? also so pretty much by the time you get your AP, there would be no more funeral to attend to right?

basically, how long did you wait to receive that AP?

but anyways i have heard from lawyers that uscis is making AP the loophole for DACA beneficiaries to adjust status, so its either they're making a trap for us or helping us out...i'd like to believe the latter.
I seriously think its a trap to just deny us re-entry since its solely up to the agents to let us back. I think it is but who knows really I mean why would USCIS want to make a loophole in OUR favor?

Very important Q & A in regards to AP Q4. Is the most important here:http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/usc...004718190aRCRD

So, straight from uscis even if they grant you parole at the port of entry you still wouldn't be "admitted" thus you would not be able to adjust status because of the prior unlawful presence. So people don't even risk it. I knew there was some fishy about uscis granting AP to DACA...

The process for DACA parolees has not been finalized yet. Everyone knows the risks involved in the current AP.

Hopefully.

question to you bro, you didn't apply for SSN? why TX ID?

Not quite anymore. The answer to this question changed with Arrabally back in March. Parole is the same as admission for adjustment of status purposes.
