Highly doubtful it's meant to TAKE 4-6 months, but we don't know yet if they make sure it doesn't take longer than 6.

Its honestly all I want for Christmas... I feel that Santa failed me or something.

I go crazy seeing people who turned them in on October and got their stuff already. I really thought I would be working by January of 2013, and I even had jobs lined up because I did not think it would take THIS LONG. I have to turn down jobs again, sigh.

Make things worse CA started approving biometric appointments from December.
