Hi everyone, I have applied for daca application. I need a advice please.

My father-inlaw is giving me a threat to deport me, he is also a illegal immigrant. Is there any chance I can get deported while my case is in initial review?

I was thinking about to call immigration and report him but will they ask my personal info?

Why is he threatening to deport you. Well, I'm guessing deporting him if you are still with their daughter will turn to bigger family drama. Maybe you could try something like a restraining order instead. Has he physically threatened you. Either way it doesn't sound like much family love going on. But, no he can't deport you as long as your DACA app is pending. Maybe his just jealous you are finally going to get a work permit and might have the upper hand. Bro, if you applied for DACA who the fuck do you think got the application? holy shit IMMIGRATION GOT THE APPLICATION, if they thought you were a problem they would have busted the door down already. Once your DACA application is approved you cannot be deported unless you commit felonies.
