I'd like to add something to the tips, specially to people that file with a lawyer:

Make sure you have a copy of the applications you are sending in. And of all documents you sent in. Don't trust that your lawyer will keep them safe as you might need them later. It's about being proactive and self-reliant (and getting your money's worth!).

Do you mean passport pictures? The I-765 instructions say to send two passport pictures with your name lightly printed on the back. however some people haven't sent them others have.

For #14. If she entered without a visa you put EWI-Entered Without Inspection.

You don't need to send the pictures, they're taken when you go to your biometrics appointment. Thats what the $85 is for!
For question #14; if she entered without being checked by border patrol put "Entry Without Inspection"
For question #15; "Unlawful Status"
For question #16 c33 is fine i put as follow; (C) (33) ()

Pictures are for the I-765 and they are for ID purposes, the $85 fee is the biometrics fee, not just the picture. Some people have not sent the pictures but I personally did just following instructions. The pictures are relatively inexpensive though. They're usually no more than $8 for a set of 4 (and you only need 2).
