I received a letter from Capital one after applying for their Journey CC stating i needed to send a copy of my SSN via fax to them. Apparently it was too new. 2 weeks later i had the card in hands.

got approved for Chase Freedom Card with 200 credit limit. this is after a denial, asking for reconsideration over the phone, and sending in a copy of my SSN and DL.

I got denied from Citi and BofA. I have since ran my credit and on my Experian report is says:
"The issue date of the Social Security number that you gave us when you contacted us is not verified by the Social Security Administration."

Whatever that means... any advice would be appreciated.. Thanks!
