Anyone apply for one? What are the requirements for DACA people? Do we qualify?

My husband has a TWIC card. He works at the local seaport(Port Everglades). He is a USC and had to show his US passport to get one. It took about two weeks from the time that he applied before he received it. They do conduct background checks. It costs about $120 if Im not mistaken. The company paid for it. Im not sure if DACA recipients qualify.
