Hey everybody:

It's been a couple of years since I have even visited DAP let alone written anything on it. Honestly I felt very depressed after Congress didn't pass the CIR in 2007. I also felt florid over the hostility that some members have given me based on my input on this website. While that did hurt, it is in the past, and a mere memory. After 2007 I knew that it was up to me to change my life. I was tired of the BS and the excuse that I made blaming my parents for my status quo. So, in 2008 I asked my girlfriend to marry me. We got married this year and I put my paper work through. We moved into a apartment and together, we are starting a new chapter in our lives. Knowing that I will have my papers very soon makes life much easier. I just hope many of you find the same happiness that I know have. Good Luck and special thanks to Nick, Juang and Ianus for all your support during these recent hard times.

Best wishes to all those in the struggle

Ralph

I too am one of those members that stopped reading and posting after the last failed attempt in 2007.

Like GOW125, I married last year (our one year anniversary is this sunday) to my live-in boyfriend of 5 years.

We are set to start the process this May...unfortunately, as I am an ewi, I will have to leave the country and have my interview in Juarez, Mexico

The road is still bumpy, so I'm hoping DREAM passes before my time comes to leave this country

Anyhow.......just wanted to get reaquainted to the site

Still no response. Ianus how are you brother? so you moved to Canada that's great. That was my plan b if my wife would of said no.
