Alright, I've been hearing that Oregon has stopped giving licenses to dreamers as of 12/19/12?

Is anyone from Oregon that can verify?

Here is the article link :

http://www.oregonlive.com/tigard/ind...cy_mark_d.html

I currently have one but I want to get my Motorcycle endorsement and I just don't want t0 risk going in and them taking it away!

I just need some one to confirm this first hand!

And please state the date you went and the location of the dmv,

that article is outdated. Currently there are 5 states (not 3 states) that are not allowing DL to DACA beneficiaries [Arizona, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, & Nebraska)

That article is NOT outdated at all did you even read it?

Until the governor comes and makes an executive order, nothing is really certain

I would hold off until going there because they might take your DL/ID from a different state. Since by law, after 30 days of being here, you need to change your address and ID. I got mined from Washington but having an Oregon one would be nice

This article is incorrect. I just went to the DMV this morning in Beaverton and I got my license. I already had a Washington license so it was an easy switch. The lady that helped me just checked my Washington license, EAD, SS card and a bank statement to verify my address. The system did take a moment to verify my EAD but the lady said that it was normal. The license expires the same day that the EAD expires and it says Limited Term

I'm an oregonian too and I went to the dmv last week and had no problems. I previously had an Oregon license but it expired on my birthday on 2011. I went in and showed my ead and ssn card and that was that no questions asked expect if I still lived in the same address as before. I did had to retake the knowledge test since it had been over a year since my license expired and I'm going for my driving test next week.
