So back in november a week after my biometrics, i got into a car accident. So i went to a hearing a month ago and will have to attend court in February. Ever since my status is still "under initial review".. And i just spoke with one of the ladies who deal with immigration issues.. And she says i will have to call USCIS and let them know?? I didn't get arrested and I was completely sober but of course, didn't have a driver license.
I don't know what to do at this point.

I'm not sure, but you say you weren't arrested, meaning there were no charges, right? If so, I don't see any reason why you would need to tell USCIS.

I say wait until after your court to see if anything serious happens. If it does, contact them.

For DACA you're okay unless you got arrested. No worries on that count.

As for the other one, that's a typical court issue. Act however you would if you had papers.

I don't think you should worry, especially because you weren't charged and the DACA guidelines say that traffic infractions such as driving without a license really don't matter.

Where you issued a ticket for driving without a license?
