In the biometric letter it says If fingerprints are not good they will reschedule you so maybe this is what it meant

I actually just called them, and they told me that there was no way for them to find out what happen, just to go to the appointment, so I am confused on what to do? Do I go with my other biometrics receipt and ask them?
