A false claim to citizenship equals to be being banned from adjusting status if discovered.

just letting you know, call me an ass if you want.

Now from what I gathered in your paragraph to me it sounds like USCIS sent you an RFE. If you would like for anyone to help you then you have to go into further detail of what you sent and what they're asking for.
They weren't specific, so how do I know? We couldn't get a lawyer and I'm just frustrated. Thanks for the help.

That is sad. This entire thing is not fair, and it just frustrates me that we are so thankful for this, and rightfully so, but we deserve much more.

The RFE isn't asking for anything specific? I'm assuming you sent in you school transcripts as your evidence + plus form identification and; I-94/ US Visa used to travel.

Sounds like you'll be getting another letter shortly. Sometimes case-workers miss or lose paperwork (somehow) and thus require you to re-send certain documents.

Some dreamers have complained about re-sending documents after an RFE, so don't freak out.

Sorry if I'm being too harsh, but you sound like a troll. If I'm wrong, share the info you sent and we'll help sort everything out for you.
Maybe I'll start by sharing my report card? It's not a troll and I was freaking out about the RFE. The fact that it is common settled me down a lot. What info do you need, and how long does the RFE procces last? Thanks for any help.

I have been waiting so long, and my friend receives his 2 months ago. I sent my stuff in before him. Help. Please reply. I am a straight A gifted student in my senior year and I can't take it anymore. I can't drive and my friends always have to pick me up to hang out. I don't want to play sports anymore because I have to wait for my mom to pick me up. I pledge allegiance to this flag for no reason apparently. The 'greatest country on Earth' treats an immigrant much better than 90% of the citizens here poorly. You have no idea how much stress and frustration I have. I have been here for as long as the human mind enables me to recall. I was ready to settle for this deferred action, but the truth is, I am an American citizen. I know how this country works, and the blinding ignorance of our 'leaders' has brought us here. Anybody should be allowed to live wherever they want. The US does not exist. It is just lines drawn by men in order to establish some sort of order.
Im glad you disclosed youre a senior. You have a lot of growing up to do. Life isnt fair, deal with it and stop complaining.

Unless youre a senior at Phillips Exeter or Andover....i dont think anyone here cares, atleast i dont. I can bet you that my grades were higher than yours when I was in high school.

Yes this process is tough. But atleast you heard something back. Think about the august applicants who havent received anything. Im not trying to be mean though my words may be harsh and direct. Just be patient because thats the only thing you can do. Speak with an attorney or a clinic that helps with applications and then figure out if there's anything else you can send to fulfill their needs.

Thank you. That sounds like foul play. Common
misplacement of important papers? I don't like that this is common.

They would be specific in the RFE. It would state what they needed (E.g. continuous presence for a period of time like from June 2007 to July 2008 ). Are you sure they didn't state what they needed?

You will get another letter soon. Follow the instructions and send them whatever documents you/they missed.

I've heard of dreamers getting approved 2 or 3 weeks after sending their RFE documents but it could take longer, a lot longer.

Never said it was. Start using apostrophes, and watch out for those comma splices. What a childish and irrelevant answer from such a wise individual.
