and yes i did use search and nothing came up.
i sent my application on August 26, 2012, Did my Bio on September 15, 2012....
its been over 90 days since i did my bio and still nothing!. although my online case status says an RFE was sent out on Dec. 8, but i never got the mail. i called USCIS and filed a service request. They sent me an email, saying theres an error with there online status case status check and that my application is still under review, no rfe was sent out. Called USCIS to verify, was transferred to so called secondary customer service. a very rude guy answered, telling me that theres a glitch on there system, and that there are certain stages during the reviewing proccess, and when one of those stages gets completed, it could cause a rfe notice status check. The guy literally told be patient and wait. I have been waiting for almost half a year!!! Ughhh i need to vent.

So to thats my story...

To sums things up, its a new year along with some new laws. Will I qualify for AB 2189 under california law? If so, what do you guys think is required?

When will this thing become a law anyway? My i821d has been approved, but not yet for my i765. At this point, I just want to get my DL.

Well few articles claim its effective on Jan. 1st, 2013, But on dmv.ca.gov they didn't even mention it.

Still initial review no RFE whatsoever

August 21 - Received
September 26 - Bio

I came to a conclusion that USCIS hate August 20-30 applicants.
