I think I put the wrong information on my assets in the income worksheet. My bank account statement that I sent in for that period of time June-August showed like a couple of thousands (2,000ish) in the account while I put zero for assets, b/c I was thinking of solid assets like cars and buildings, and I forgot about bank savings at that point in time. I feel stupid now, but I didn't get any RFEs or anything yet over that. I regret putting it down and not checking everything clearly before submitting the packet. I don't know if anyone there cares about the reported income b/c there's no way for them to verify it right? Has anyone been rejected over that so far?

No. Don't worry about it. You should be fine. Many people put down zero for assets. Just hope you put down something for expenses and wrote a line or two in the explanation.
