Hello I'm trying to apply for my DACA here in California but I was wondering if anyone knew of a lawyer I could go to that could help me? I know that I can fill out paperwork myself but I would rather have someone that knows what they're doing help me. If any of you have went with a lawyer that has actually helped them obtain their work permit and license please refer them to me before time runs out. Thank you!

There is no deadline. Try a couple of san diego nonprofits first.

Go to google and look up sand diego immigrant rights organizations. DACA. I can't open it on my pc.

Lawyers don't always know what they are doing either, especially with such a new process as DACA. Stick to community help, they are the people that know best how to fill it out.

Search for Grace Zimmerman. She has her office in La Jolla. Approved by the State Bar. She is very professional.

These can be good if the applicant is willing to wait in line for the free legal services.

A trusted non-profit in San Diego is casacornelia.org. The center has very good lawyers and USCIS contacts.

Idk why you would not wait in line to get help for a free or small fee... Lawyers are charging anywhere from $350 to $800 to help you fill out the application. And it guarantees nothing... I've seen more lawyer-help cases get RFEs in the forum than self-prepared cases!
