I was hoping the 4th was my day but since the last update was 9/10 I am hoping tomorrow is the Friday I been waiting for...

anyone sent their RFE to Cali center and still waiting???? man i'm tired of this shit it's like the waiting cycle never ends......it's gone be almost 5 months

What did they request from you? What did you send?

I tell u I saw a few RFEs! One case said the RFE was sent in October! And it's not even updated to say received!! Omg! I can't believe the agony!
Gonna go look for a farm job or something!

looking at the initial review gets upsetting but i finally stopped checking all the time and live my life as it was before deffered action took place. This had brought so much stress into my life that i was finally fuck it. It will happen at some point. I just have to keep driving carefully and stay away from anything that can get me in trouble. I'm also glad that in march the provisional waiver goes into effect so I can finally get my green card thru my U.S citizen wife without having to leave the country for a long period of time. Don't worry guys it would happen soon or later... I know we all prefer sooner but we can't do anything about! I would really encourage you though to start making your résumé, cover letter, and all your reference so that when your EAD comes you will be ready! Get all your stuff ready as if you all ready been approve trust me finding a good job is not an easy task.

okay guys, so this will probably be my last post, i applied for my social last week, and i didnt do the ten day wait. it came in 8 days, and i went straight to the dmv today and got my license and ID. good luck everyone and thanks for all the help!
