Normally I would have no issue with this but since I have a plane to catch in about 17 days it is urgent that I get at very least my ID soon (I applied for both). There is no reason why they should withhold my ID for that long. Granted, it's only been a week, but I am concerned that they don't even have an online record of my ID application, which was exactly one week ago today.
