This is to give you an idea of what they do. The do not check IRS stuff at all or credit history. They are mostly concerned with criminal stuff.

Keep in mind this is 2006 stuff that was reviewing the system.
so its mostly criminal stuff right? so i have a chance that what happened to me will not show?

I don't really think you should worry about it too much. If it shows it shows. As long as you fit the other DACA requirements you are good. If it shows and it triggered some sort of deportation DACA basically suspends it for two years. While your in the process of applying for DACA you can't be deported either because you are in process. Unless you do something really bad.


What you can try to do but not sure how you would be able to since you gave CBP a false name is try to get a copy of the record. More for your own records but consult this with your lawyer.
