If you have a Facebook account you can send screenshots from your profile(pictures,posts or check-ins). My RFE was for proof of being here June 15th 2012. The only proof I sent for 2007 - 2012 was my high school diploma and tax returns my mother filed(Im listed as a dependant). Just be hopeful that the officer handling your case has the understanding that many dreamers stay hidden for fear of deportation. I sent screenshots of check-ins, posts and photos. Facebook's timeline feature is a blessing in disguise. The photos I sent was taken with a friend, I sent in an affidavit from her. The affidavit included how long we knew each other and what we did that day.
I thought for sure they were gonna ask for more evidence of me being here from June 2007 til 2012. Luckily they only asked for June 15th of 2012.

THE BAD PART is that everthing is under my mom's name. didn't have a credit card so i just my mom's. she let me use it. i let her know evertime i bought something. so my question is, if she make me like an affidavit that she give me complete authorization to her credit card to buy stuff of ebay. would be able to use this? |
