The longer you wait for something, the more you'll appreciate it when you get it. Cause anything worth having, is definitely worth waiting

You don't need to list this address. However, the bad thing is that it seems that the matricula has your US address in it and it's the only ID you have. Are you sure you don't even have a expired passport? What IDs where you thinking of providing for evidence?

I was 9 years old at the time! I didn't understand anything about being legal, so should I include that I was gone or leave blank. My fear is that they might find out and this could screw me over! But then again this was out of my control and this age.

HELP
Okay this is a bit confusing, but let me explain it to you a little.

to apply for deferred action, you need to fill out forms i-821d, i-765, and i-765ws

The i-821d asks you for your first entry, legal or illegal, to the US, so when you first crossed in 1991, should be the info you put there.

Then, you leaving for 2 months and back is fine to provide and you should include that in the application. Just put the dates there and the reason you went to Mexico.

Now, the i-765 form is different. It asks you for the last entry to the US. There, instead of putting the 1991 date, you'd put the 1999 arrival date, the day you returned to the US. You probably crossed the border illegally too so it's just EWI (entered without inspection).

Just wanted to clarify that to you so you understand a little of what they are asking you on both forms.

Does the 4 months count as in only days they are open, if so that is torture and u know in the future they should do this by date, they are a lot of stressed out young, intelligent minds out there who want a chance to prove themselves. The great thing is that I have learned more about myself in this process, than during anytime in my life.

Just stay positive and be patient. I keep telling people that. You can't speed up the process so why kill yourself with stress. It is not good for your health. Just keep living life. 5 months ago we did not have this opportunity and the future was pretty gray looking. We are now more in than out. So, just be grateful for every day and know that you will get it when you need it the most.

You don't need to list any absences that were prior to June 15, 2007. The directions to 6A state List all your absences from the United States since June 15, 2007. READ DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY!

I'd send your expired passport, your birth certificate and your BoA card just so they have an update ID.

And why don't you want to include your 1999 departure? It does not interfere with any of the requirements, it was brief and innocent, it was way before 2007 and way before the June 15, 2012 required presence date.

You have to include that in the I-765. Not on the I-821D like Turmalina said. It was your last entry.

it doesn't affect you because it was before August 15, 2012. It is in the directions. Any exits before that as long as they were brief and innocent don't matter.
