Yeah calling them is useless...they don't give you any information that you don't already know.

I am happy for my friends who are getting before me...no doubt. I am also happy for everyone else that receiving it before I do...it just kills me inside because I've been dealing with immigration for the last 10 years...they find someways to deny my case, so I'm just little irritated by it. Well I got work, COD, Battlefield and Gym to keep me busy for now...and hopefully I'll get into Graduate school.

With all due respect, I am happy people are getting approved!!! I am also aware that my turn will come and each case is unique. And of course employees have a right as to when to choose their vacation.

All I'm saying is that the process slowed down significantly for the month of December. With that being said, the faster they approve everyone who filed before me, the faster new approvals will occur.
Also, I assume is common knowledge for the processing time to be four to six months, however that has not been the case thus far with most cases. Approval time is averaging now to about three months (give or take), with obvious exceptions.

I guess I should have been more clear in regards to my previous statement, but thanks for your reply! And yes, I’m patiently waiting my turn.

I'm just so tired of the complaining. I want some positive thinking and patience. People need to learn to be happy for others. They had simpler cases and cleared the barriers. It honestly brings other people down reading this stuff.

True, complaining sucks! But neither you nor I can change the views and opinions of the members of this forum.
All we can do is to contribute to this forum positively and keep all rebuttals to ourselves to avoid confrontation.
Furthermore, some forum members use this forum to vent; and that if their right if they choose to do so!

I think people need to realize that we are not the only ones reading these forums. There was a post that somebody made that was locked. But, it was an "ally" who was complaining about how ungrateful we sounded. We need to take that into consideration. How we are viewed by the public. You can't change minds if your calling people names. Do you think calling USCIS people names is going to get us any empathy. Hell no. I would make us wait longer too.

People can vent but I make the distinction between "I'm anxious and nervous. I didn't think my case was going to take so long. " and "people before me have been approved wtf uscis that is not fair." You sound like a 3 year old who didn't get the larger half of the cookie. BE HAPPY FOR OTHERS is the message I'm trying to spread.
