Really? It seemed like at the hollywood dmv they really had control of anything that was going on. No talking or even walking into the testing room. There was a line and sign that said to wait there until called and everyone seemed to respect the sign. I think its better not to get on the bad side of the dmv employees. Nice congrats. im taking my behind the wheel test on tuesday 11:30am so lets see how that goes.

The written test is a joke, everyone knows.

Just go over the sample exams online, read the whole book once, you'll be fine.

Thank you, guys. I'll be at the DMV next week to take the written test.

@Javier52: I was at the Hollywood DMV in December. One of the two times they made me come back because they were messing up my file (for my ID). -.-

Has anyone taken their behind the wheel test at the Pomona DMV? My test is on Wednesday. Any tips would be great!

Passed today my behind the wheel test @ Bellflower. Feels good & I only started driving two months ago. Oh, my paper license says interim and my id is long term, so I hope my license is also long term.

I did. 1st Dont be stressed, 2nd Grab the steering wheel with both hands, 3rd Watch your speed do not go over it and make sure to scan your surroundings. Signal when changing lanes and turning. look out for people on bycicles. Good Luck!
