Same here guys... They said they won't issue licenses in North carolina, but a lawyer told me to go to the one in Winston salem on thursday , and i did.. , and as usual they ask me for papers i didn't say i was a DACA they checked my papers... and everything , than they took a picture and said they were going to mail it to me lol. I was shocked.. but yes just a reminder they said they were going to temporary suspend ID/License to DACA people.

Hey guys just an update...remember how last week they couldn't issue my driver's license because my ead didn't checked out and they had to run it through the S.A.V.E program to get it verified? Well they told me to call back in ten days, but I saw someone here had the same problem and after only one day he was verified, anyway I call today and they guy who helped me told me that my paperwork checked out and that I could go to the dmv office and take my ead to get my license.

So I got to the dmv, waited my turn only to be told that I needed to wait another 10-15 minutes until the person trained for the limited term licenses arrived. I waited, the lady got there and the guy to told me to wait transfered me to her, but she had an attitude about it. She asked if it had been ten days and I told her no but that I had called the Salem dmv office and they had told me that I could now get my license since they had already verified my ead. She then told the other guy that they are not suppose to run the ead again if it hasn't been 10 days. But I guess she taught better of it and typed some stuff into the computer, then went back to an office at the back and then came back and typed some more stuff into the computer and told me that my license would expire on november of 2014 and asked me for my $25. So after all that I finally have my license, but the dmv lady was rude.

Maybe they didn't give you your license because you mentioned DACA and the person didn't know what it was. There are a few other threads about Oregon and there are other people that have gotten a license using their EAD and SS card.
P.S. I hate the Hillsboro DMV. When they used to issue licenses to undocumented people here my parents went there and we got treated like shit.

good for u!!
I never mention anything about DACA I only showed my documents and thats what they told me.
