It depends on the service center. look at my time line below. My cousins' app app was received a day or 2 after mine, same service center and she still hasn't received a bio appt letter!!!!

When the recording comes on say absolutely NOTHING!! DO NOT press any option!
Someone will answer and start speaking Spanish. If you do not speak Spanish simply tell them u prefer to speak in English. Ask whatever u need to ask, if they can't answer u, kindly ask to speak to someone in a higher level.

My sister was approved today!! Thank God<3! Sadly still under initial review... But my faith is still strong 
!
Sis timeline: sent application oct 29, bios: dec 4, and approved for both jan 15
