I finally got enough money to fill out DACA and do it myself but I'm a little scared about possibly doing it wrong. My mom offered me some money to perhaps help me get a lawyer. Has anyone gone to anyone in Tampa? I'm just really afraid of filling this out wrong.

If you qualify under all the guidelines, I recommend keeping your money and doing it yourself cause it's not that hard. People usually get lawyer when they have criminal record or traveled outside the country in the last 5 years.

Yeah, I haven't done either but it still worries me that I'll accidentally fill out something wrong and have to either wait longer or no longer qualify over an error of mine.

As long as you don't lie, fraud or claim false citizenship you should be good and if you have any questions you can ask here or search for previously posted answers. Also you can look up youtube videos on DACA forms instructions.

You'll be fine, as long as you gather everything they ask for. Or you could also just have an atty. go over it once you're done for a small fee if it'll make you feel better. I was going to do that but just sent it in last minute. Believe me I filled out the forms about three times lol If you're confused about a certain question someone else most likely has asked about it here on the forum or others online.
