There's a criteria you have to meet in order for them to expedite it. One of them was uscis error which I know it was because on my I-821D my stuff was spelled correctly while on my EAD it wasn't . I should be hearing back this week if they approved my expedite request or denied it.

It was yours then you just have to wait basically. I called to get it expedited since it was USCIS error and I have yet to hear if they granted my expedite or denied it. Also once they receive your card your status online will change to initial review. At least mine did once they received and processed my typographical EAD and paper work I sent.
