I dont think its about who is friendly. You have to prove to the person administering your behind the wheel test that you can drive...safely...and that you know the rules of the road. Any DMV you go to is going to be the same it all depends on the person taking the test.
Congrats though and good luck. Just relax and you'll see that you'll do fine at which ever dmv you choose to go to.

If you've been cleared then 2 days tops to get print out. Yes you can use that to get dl.
