Official daca process time thread - Page 337

There dosen't appear to be any ryhme nor reason why some people get approved so quickly and others are taking the advised 4-6 months. My reciept number starts with EAD. I'm under the Tampa Orlando jurstiction so that might be a reason for the diffence. One thing which isn't different is the wait time,

I seached hundreds of recipt numbers after mine and found lots with the same approval date which are still in IR and found lots more that have been approved so I think my time is coming soon. out of the hundreds I search didn't see one denial. Found a few that after 4 months were being asked for further evidence and a couple which wer asking for inicial evidence, don't know what that means.

I'm new here, and i just applied for daca in december '12 timeline as follow:

Mailing Method (Express, priority, certified) etc. - Certified Mail
Date Application Received - 12/20/12
Date acceptance letter of application received - 12/26/12
Service Center - Nebraska
Date of I-797 C Notice of Action - 12/29/12
Date Biometrics scheduled - 02/04/2013

This is my timeline, hope it helps...

*Date Application Received: 09/5/2012 from Newark, NJ to Vermont.
*Biometrics Appointment: 10/03/12 (no walk in)
*Approval Date: 1/16/13
*Approval form in mail:1/19/13
*EAD Received: --
*SSN Received: --*DL: --

Its been almost tw0 months since I have applied and taken my biometrics, and still nothing.. I keep reading that many people go to USCIS site to check out the newest statistics. Can anyone tell me how I can do this?

Look at all articles and find the stat you want to look at.

You click resources, Reports & studies- immigration forms data (on the left column), click immigration forms data (go all the way down), click individual application and petitions and there it is.

Ok, after waiting for a few months and being a little impatient, I was finally approved. My DACA was approved today at 10:45 AM and my EAD was approved on the 20th of this month. I think a lot of the factoring time too has to do with the background checks they do on you. Especially if your full name is about four (like me) and if you moved around a lot, like I did! But I was finally approved, don't give up guys! Your approval wont arrive too late or too early, it will arrive at the time it needs too!

Here's My timeline. Yesterday made 4 moths since they received my app. March 21, will make 6 months. ughh Its nerve wracking from here.
