So far a week has passed and she hasn't received anything. You gotta make sure you call a level 2 representative, they will help you out way more. Also the representative told my sister that if she doesn't get her bios letter within the 2 weeks, that she can call again and they will just fax her bios letter instead. U should have done the same.
I was going to call today, and just today my lawyer e-mails me saying this: "I spoke with a representative today. She said that the system does not explain why you have not received a notice for a biometrics appointment, but believes that it was an oversight. She sent a reminder to the Texas Service Center."

So what should I do now? just wait? how long now?

You should just go there as a "walk-in" and get your biometrics done. Walk-ins are allowed and many people have taken advantage of that opportunity, and benefited by their case being sped up.

Also, may I ask how much you paid your lawyer? I've done the case myself so I didn't have to pay anyone, by a couple of my friend's told me that their family members paid over $1500 in lawyer fees and still haven't received a confirmation notice.

How can I do a walk in when I haven't even been notified on any appointment?

Well, give it 3 days for the center to look at and 3-5 to receive the letter. Maybe a week and a half. Then call again.

Oh, sorry, my mistake. I thought you already had an appointment for biometrics. If you haven't gotten the letter yet, you can always call USCIS for an update on the case and they can even send another letter if the original hadn't been delivered. Keep calling them.
