Starting a Business, HELP!

I recently Received my working permit, through Obama latest law..

and I was just curious if i could start my own business with just a working permit.... bc after all I am not a us citizen...

What should I do?

last year i did 105, 000. And this year my goal is to make 250,000.

Yeah. You can start a business even without EAD. But EAD will make certain things easier. It also depends on what kind of business you are starting and if you have capital available to start it. If you don't have money, getting a loan will still be hard if you have no credit history.

Wow! Doing what? Share some thought? I'll like to know. Need some help here.

Anyone can start a business. That's why you don't need a socail to file taxes, just ask for a tin number. There are permits required depending on what you are selling but there are ways on getting them without legal status. Money is green no matter swhat your status is so don't be scared! Start it up and it you fail find out why you failed and try again!
