I've been waiting for the Vermont center for a while now. It seems like they are pretty backed up. Keep in mind that people are counting full weeks to determine how long they've been waiting. Eliminate weekends and count 5 day work weeks. The wait right now is 3.4 months for Vermont, which equals 103 days or so. I thought I was the only one waiting for so long. I applied in August with a clean record. My friend applied in September and she has already been approved. This entire process is pretty freaking bizarre. lol

you know if you qualify when you apply, you in your head know what you're getting your self into. if you've been here and have done society right then you will be approved. some cases require more time than others simply because of how somebody lives their life. being inpatient wont get you very far, stop checking your status and go live life, and of course don't make harsh decisions until you know that you got your EAD. don't go on here and complain about how easy life will be with a drivers license, ain't nobody got time for that.

i know this is easy coming from me, but i was undocumented for a long time. i know what you're going through, still i stfu and i did what i had to do to survive and make the best out of a shitty situation.

Its getting very frustrating seeing people apply later then you, and getting their finger prints done much later then you and they have already been approved. It seems to me that if you apply in late November and December you would have been approved by now. In total I will be nearing 4 months of waiting and it gets frustrating . Cant work, sleep, eat, because I begin to think WTF is taking them so long!! FML!!!!

Blessing in disguise fried because I'm glad to be waiting @ home. I think you have to look @ it that way... I hear the job place I was is still crappy! So just know that you deserve this little break before being able to legally work your tuchi off! I believe they make those who are working wait the longer because income is flowing in... Keep the faith and post more often if you want... It's good to see too sway represent!
Yeah u can go out there n get busy while we wait but still post because noone gets us ( the wait the frustration) but us.

A hawk stole my little bird! We cut his wings so they wouldn't be caged up all the time and the hawk came down to our back yard and stole it! So I know hawks r hungry so ur mail man better deliver that EAD today

When the USPS picks it up. Ur status will show they picked it up n will give u a tracking #... If it already says ur EAD was picked up then u can call and ask for the # otherwise u might be able to click on the USPS link from ur status...
( I just know cuz I checked other approved cases)
