Little off topic but I know it's harder to get approved now because some conservatives are bitching about uscis approving a large majority of the applications they're getting in but what they fail to realize is people don't apply unless they blindly qualify, so you have these right wingers thinking anyone who applies gets approved but it's just 97% of the people who apply, apply because they qualify.. It's going to be a real shame to have people who genuinely qualify getting denied because they're going to be asking a visa overstay from halfway around the world to prove a 3 month gap when clearly he's never left the country.

Where did you get this idea?

The data says otherwise:
http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/Resources...20II%20PDF.pdf

The rate of approval has been going up, not down.

As much as I hate to be "that guy", that second part about the NTA seems photoshopped. First of all, why would USCIS randomly capitalize "An"? Second of all, why is the text for the word "arrangements" differently spaced and seemingly crooked compared to the other words? This goes for "No need to...." as well. I'm convinced people are indeed being denied for DACA as people have posted their receipt numbers, I'm just not convinced about this specific screenshot you posted. Who is sending you these btw? Would be nice to get an idea of why people are being denied. Could someone actually be foolish enough to apply when they explicitly don't meet the requirements?

Seems odd to me that the notifications wouldn't be automated after the USCIS adjudicator changes the application's status.
