I've applied to Drexel as a international student. I've sent in my SAT scores and my app but online it says that my application status is still incomplete. Apparently I need TOEFL scores when I am FLUENT in English. What do I do about this? If I call the school, whom should I speak with?

You call them up and explain the situation, most schools understand and have it removed. Call as soon as possible. Good luck on the college admin process. Also, I don't know if you need the advice, but I know a good list of schools that are pretty financially generous to students in our position. PM me if you need any more help.

TOEFL is required for international students. They assume you have taken it in your country and SAT in the states.
